Site Manager
Due to our expanding workforce, we currently have a vacancy for a full time Site Manager to join the existing site management team for projects based in Argyll and the West Coast of Scotland. This will predominately involve working within the Renewable Energy and Aquaculture industries. Duties involve co-ordinating labour and plant, producing and maintaining risk assessments, site inspections, reviewing construction information and delivering it to site teams, completing site daily diaries, ordering materials, and planning and organising construction programmes.
Candidates should hold a valid CSCS card, and UK driving license and previous experience in civil engineering and groundworks, including, but not limited to pipe installation, reinforced concrete, road construction, and finishing groundworks. Holding a valid SMSTS qualification would be advantageous. Apprentice Mechanic
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice plant mechanic to join our workshop in Lochgilphead. The successful applicant will also attend college to work towards a modern apprenticeship in automotive plant maintenance over four years. Workshop duties will involve fault finding, repairing and maintaining specialised plant, and carrying out plant inspections under supervision of the workshop manager and supervisors.

HGV Mechanic
We currently have a vacancy for a HGV mechanic to join our workshop in Lochgilphead. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicle and plant, including trucks and vans, performing routine vehicle and plant maintenance, keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used, and maintaining an organised work environment. The role requires the use of diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve problems. Candidates should hold an appropriate NVQ Level 3, or equivalent and have at least one year of experience. Holding a full UK driving license is required. Competitive pay and transport will be provided for the right candidate.
