​Health and Safety comes before anything else within our company. With a dedicated health and safety manager keeping up with the latest regulations and procedures, we seek to keep our workforce safe at all times. We aim to have no accidents on site and encourage our workforce to share any ideas they have for improving safety initiatives.

Health & Safety Practices:

Our health and safety protocols have recently received an extremely high score in our annual Achilles audit. To ensure the upmost protection and welfare of our employees, and clients, these are some of the measures we take:

• ​Regular 'toolbox' talks.
• Free provision of protective clothing to employees.
• Regular training for employees, ensuring they are up to date with, and often above, industry standards.
• Regular monitoring and maintenance of vehicles and plant to ensure they are safe and fit for purpose.
• Constant monitoring of industry health and safety regulations, to ensure our practices are in line with the industry's expectations and standards.

COVID-19

 To protect our employees from COVID-19, we have put a number of hygiene and safety measures in place across our sites and vehicles to ensure the upmost safety of each individual.

Some of the measures put in place are:

• The provision of face coverings for each employee.
• The provision of hand sanitiser across every site.
• The provision of vehicle sanitiser kits to our entire fleet.
• Staggered break times across sites to allow for physical distancing.
